Whole House Refurbishment DPS

Our Whole House (WH) DPS is an open market solution designed to provide public sector buyers access to a pool of pre-qualified suppliers for building works, goods and services for use in the refurbishment and maintenance of public sector buildings and social housing.

The DPS sets out to provide access to high-quality products and services across a range workstreams that:

Meet regulatory compliance

The DPS will cover the following five categories of works: 

  • Kitchens and bathrooms and associated works
  • Landscaping
  • Electrical works
  • Painting and decoration
  • Multi-disciplinary (Installation of whole house internal and external works as defined in, but not limited to, the above categories of work).

Qualifications and accreditations 

The following are mandatory requirements for the Whole House DPS:

  • Kitchens, Bathrooms and Mulit-Disciplinary – NIC/EIC/GasSafe 
  • Electrical works – NIC/EIC  

Requirements to join the WH DPS 

Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) have fewer entry requirements, lowering barriers for SMEs and enabling greater flexibility to tailor solutions to client needs.

General requirements  

  • awareness and commitment to working in accordance with recognised standards, including ISO accreditations.
  • Submission of a suitable case study which demonstrates capability and previous experience for the elements being bid for

Project value bands

The DPS will generally apply to minor building works projects valued up to £500k per project. For projects valued above this threshold, Clients can use alternatives frameworks.
