Since its launch by 16 founding partners in March 2016, more than 80 partners now work with SPA and use LHC frameworks to procure works, goods and services to construct, refurbish and maintain social housing and public buildings.
About our free membership
All Contract notices are issued by LHC on behalf of the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA). Notices are issued in accordance with the European Directive 2014/24/EC and its enactment in the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (as applicable to the relevant frameworks), this Buyer Profile page provides details of the procurement process as detailed in the SPA Tender Process.

Some SPA frameworks are designed for specific sectors, so only those organisations within the specified sector can use them.
