How to become an associate partner
We don’t believe in charging membership fees, which is why it’s completely free to become a SPA associate partner. Our costs are covered by a ‘levy’ applied to the value of procurement contracts.
There are two levels of partnership available to all public sector organisations – associate partner and SPA committee partner. Our SPA committee partners are appointed periodically on a rotational basis.
Becoming an associate partner is simple to do and provides multiple benefits for organisations:
- Access to industry leading frameworks
- Annual rebate based on individual spend during the financial year
- Have your say on the development of future SPA frameworks
- Access to our added value services in procurement, technical and client support
- Access to our Call Off service
Who are the SPA Committee?
Comprised of representatives from 13 public sector organisations, local authorities and housing associations, the SPA Committee provide strategic feedback on operations, share industry insight and help shape the future of procurement as active users of our frameworks.
With expertise in community benefits, procurement and construction, the committee meet quarterly at the SPA office. Their collective knowledge helps ensure our frameworks are shaped by the needs of the organisations using them.
