100% of SPA Partners would recommend SPA
There is no denying that 2020 was a difficult year. Our sector may have slowed down, but our passion to support our partners is greater than ever. Throughout the pandemic, the SPA team have continued working by swapping our Livingston office for our home offices. We have supported our Partners with over 100 new projects since April 2020 by offering quick, compliant routes to market and high-quality procurement and technical expertise.
But why take our word for it, when you can hear from our Partners? Over this past year our partners have given invaluable feedback about their experience with SPA; our procurement delivery, project delivery and feedback on our appointed companies.
We are delighted to say that through our feedback, 100% of our Partners would recommend SPA to their colleagues and peers.
In addition to this, we are proud to have received an 88% satisfaction for our procurement delivery, 86% for project delivery and 98% satisfaction for our appointed companies. We have even received kind words from Local Authorities and housing associations throughout Scotland.
Of our Frameworks and procurement delivery, Linthouse Housing Association have said: “Utilising the SPA for contracts of this nature is straightforward and as it reduces time spent on the procurement process, proves to be very good value-for-money.”
Shire Housing Association have also praised SPA’s procurement process: “I found the whole process very straightforward and in all my dealings with any SPA staff I never came off the phone other than completely satisfied with the assistance and explanations provided and was never left with any unanswered questions”. Further, of our team they said: “They were very professional and courteous at all times but also managed to combine this with friendliness and were a pleasure to deal with.”
One of our Local Authority Partners spoke of their experience with one of our appointed companies, Morgan Sindall, saying they are ‘open and transparent in their approach to the Contract’. Further, the two have continued their relationship into further contracts through SPA Frameworks.
We are proud of the work we have done and the service that we have continued to give our partners through this difficult time and seek to continue this into 2021.
