First Wave of SPA Pre Tender Workshops Announced

We are hosting our first wave of regional Pre Tender Workshops to discuss two of our upcoming frameworks, Whole House Refurbishment and Improvements (WH2) and Energy Efficiency, General Refurbishment and Consultancy (N8).

The workshops will bring together local authorities, RSLs and current SPA partners from across the country so SPA can ensure their frameworks are exactly what the Scottish market needs. We work collaboratively with our partners and the wider housing sector to formulate the structure of our frameworks to ensure that they provide the market with the exact framework they need.

Workshops have been confirmed for the following regions so far, there will also be events in the Scottish Borders and the Highlands and Islands in the second wave of workshops.

Monday 15th April – SFHA Offices, Glasgow

Tuesday 16th April – SPA Offices, Livingston

Thursday 18th April – North Inch Community Campus, Perth

Monday 29th April - Eildon Housing Association, Selkirk

Tuesday 30th April – County Buildings, Ayr

The seminars are for SPA partners as well as public sector organisations who are interested in sharing ideas, addressing concerns or requirements concerning refurbishment and energy efficiency works. If you have not received an invitation, please email or call 01506 894 395 for more details and to register your attendance.

“Early engagement with our partners has proven invaluable when setting up complex, technical frameworks. Each framework is different and requires a specific approach to the challenge.

We would like to invite you to join us to discuss the creation of the framework, the technical requirement which are important to your organisation and the format in which the services can be accessed.”

For more information about the workshops and how to book a place, please contact Corinne Kemp, Marketing and Communications Officer for SPA on or by calling 01506 894 395.
