SPA are hosting a pre-tender engagement seminar for suppliers to discuss the renewal of their offsite housing framework (NH2).

SPA are inviting all organisations, who are able to deliver offsite housing in Scotland to join them on April 19th at their offices in Livingston to discuss their plans for the new framework and share ideas about how best to optimise the use of offsite in Scotland.

The Framework is aimed at delivering housing, apartments, care homes and multi-occupancy dwellings to public sector clients. Contract sizes will cover small infill sites and larger schemes
