SPA are hosting a pre-tender engagement seminar for their Partners to discuss the renewal of their offsite housing framework (NH2).

SPA are inviting all our Partners who may be/are looking to procure offsite housing developments in Scotland to join them on April 19th at their offices in Livingston to discuss their plans for the new framework and share ideas.

The Framework is aimed at delivering housing, apartments, care homes and multi-occupancy dwellings to public sector clients. Contract sizes will cover small infill sites and larger schemes.
