Our office refurbishment is now complete

In April we re-opened our newly refurbished office, we haven’t moved, we’re still in the same location but we now occupy the entire first floor.


As our team continues to grow, it was clear that we needed more space, the unit next door was unoccupied and had been for several months. With the pressure of the office space starting to stretch we decided it would benefit us to expand into this unit to accommodate our growth plans, provide state-of-the-art facilities for our dedicated team and visitors, and ultimately provide a much more inviting space that as an organisation we’re proud of.


A key part of this investment is to build better, stronger, and more sustainable relationships with our partners and appointed companies. It’s important to emphasise, that this space isn’t just for SPA, it’s for our partners and appointed companies too! We’re providing full and unrestricted access to all meeting rooms, including the use of the equipment within the rooms. All of this will be available free of charge. The rooms can be booked between Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 4pm.


Central to our office expansion is our new partnership hub which includes a breakout area with 2 Lavazza coffee machines, a large kitchen with a seating area, a meeting room which can comfortably accommodate up to 40 people, and a small personal meeting room for up to 4 people.


Within the partnership hub, the equipment comprises 2 x 75” Sony Bravia and 1 x 98” Iiyama linked televisions, a Jabra conference speaker, automated remote webcam. The layout of the room can be adjusted to your specific requirements. The standard format is a large boardroom table with seats surrounding or theatre style with rows of chairs facing the one direction.


The original part of our office now houses our team and 2 additional meeting rooms that can be used independently or can be combined to create a larger space accommodating up to 30 people. These meeting rooms are also available for use and include overhead projectors and access to the partnership hub facilities.  


Over the coming months, we plan to host our own events fully utilising the partnership hub we’ve invested in, giving full benefit to our partners and appointed companies, featuring relevant on-trend topics, framework overviews, supplier showcases giving you an opportunity to meet and learn more about partners and suppliers alike and providing insight into how our team can support you and your organisation better.


Additionally, as this space is to benefit you - our partners and suppliers, we’re open to hearing any ideas that you may have, whether that’s topics that you would like to present or that you would like to hear about from our experienced team.
