Introduction to Framework

This framework is relevant for the supply and installation of energy efficiency and refurbishment measures delivered through three individual workstreams.

Local authorities, housing associations and other public sector organisations often require easy access to a range of energy efficiency and refurbishment measures and related consultancy and project management services.

Workstreams

Workstream 1 - Energy consultants and project management

Addresses the need for landlords/occupiers of public sector buildings to understand the energy in use of their buildings, through the provision of consultancy and project management services.

Workstream 2 - Individual energy efficiency and renewable measures

Provides the opportunity for clients to appoint local SME specialist approved installers, who can offer the complete design, supply, installation and commissioning and where appropriate, maintain and repair, of at least one or more energy efficiency or renewable energy measure.

Workstream 3

Provides the opportunity for clients to appoint main contractors for larger scale refurbishments and retrofit projects, who can offer the complete design, supply, installation and commissioning and where appropriate, maintain and repair, of at least one or more energy efficiency or renewable energy measure.
